Health and Fitness Plus Assessment 

All NEW members one-time fee of $79.

During initial enrollment, a complete fitness assessment will be provided by one of our personal trainers. Plus

  • (2) 1-hour training sessions to meet your fitness goals. 
  • Complete fitness assessment includes:  
    • general health history
    • body composition
    • cardiovascular testing
    • strength testing
    • endurance testing
    • flexibility testing
