I’ve been a lot time “gym rat” and am finding I’m getting tired of all the big gyms with tons of people. I wanted some place to work out where I wouldn’t be subjected to every virus coming down the pike. and to exercise without all the hassle. I found Paragon and I love it.

What an amazing fitness center. Paragon has state of the art equipment. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Quiet surroundings and plenty of parking. A great place to get fit.

The staff was incredibly nice! I love the big windows with a view of the surrounding green spaces. It was a pleasure working on brand new equipment.

Finally, a great new gym in Pike Creek, Delaware! The staff is very friendly, the new equipment is state-of-the-art and kept impeccably clean, I love this place! It’s the “hometown” gym that I have been waiting for! Looking forward to taking fitness classes and working out.
